Spare room in 4 bedroom house Southsea

Hey everyone :) We're looking for an easy going student to move in next year, there are two girls and a guy - all third years. It's a four bedroom house, rent is £325 pm for a good sized double room on Baileys Road, Southsea, only 10 minute walk from uni. 12month contract but means we can stay over the summer and guarantee the house for next year if we want.
