Looking for professional person to share with one male and one female (plus one other when the double room is filled). The property is fully furnished with large living room , modern kitchen and bathroom and covered outhouse for bike storage. A cleaner / gardener visits the property every 2wks ensuring it is always clean.

The property is a 5 minute walk south from Fratton train station, close to pubs & restaurants with easy access out of town.

Each tenant receives a professional tenancy agreement and document pack for the property detailing rent breakdown, bills, gas/electric checks, utility service guide (water turn off/dustbin day etc) at the start of their tenancy.

All references checked and contract drawn up free of charge

The landlord lives in Southsea and any issue's will be quickly addressed.
