You will need to provide your own duvet, duvet and pillow covers.

Off street parking is available but with limits (contact me for more information)

Unlimited WiFi and bills (Council Tax, gas, elec, water) are included with the rent.

* 15 minute walk to Gunwharf Quays
* 10 minute walk to Portsmouth university (depending on campus)
