South facing garden with deck area for BBQ's and a pool for the summer.
I would like someone who is socialble, must be very clean and tidy. No DSS, non smoker preferred but if you do smoke then it has to be outside. Plenty of parking as we are on a private estate & have a double driveway also. space in the garage for push bike / motorbike, the garage doubles up as my storage area for my business so sorry cant get a car in there.
1st month's rent upfront with One month security deposit of £150. 00 which is returnable on leaving provided no damage has been done to the room. Rent to be paid on last day of each month by BACS. One Calendar month notice by either party to terminate agreement. Proof of employment. Minimum of 2 genuine references. Send text or email enquiry as due to my busy work schedule I cannot always answer the phone straight away
