I have a room to rent in our 3 bedroom family home close to palmerston road Southsea. I am a professional person and work from home. The room is available for female students only. The room has s single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and large mirror.
Their are two other bedrooms upstairs for both my daughter and I. Their is also a bathroom, wash hand basis, toilet and shower.
Downstairs has a good size lounge/diner, internet access, sky television. The kitchen is medium size, new units and cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer. Downstairs has also a good size family bathroom, toilet, wash hand basin and bathroom. Outside has a patio area with clothes line.
This room is available for sensible female student of all nationalities. References will be needed.
