One bathroom with bath tub and newly laid floor. The three bedrooms are well-kept and located on the first floor.
The house is situated very close to Albert Road (a great street for fun nights out, co-op and Tesco, post office etc.) and with a 20 min walking distance to the university. Walk 15 minutes south and you'll encounter the seaside!
We have had two amazing years in this house and can warmly recommend it for a comfortable few years at university.
