Double room, new build, great location in Southsea

Large double room for rent in new build house in great location, near Albert Road in Southsea and the Seafront.

The room is recently decorated with cream carpet and white walls and is a very good size.

The room is partly furnished at the moment but can be fully furnished if required.

It is a 4 bed, 2 bathroom, 1 other w/c, terraced townhouse that i own and live in with 2 housemates. Our housemate is moving to London with work, so a space has opened up. In total there will be 3 people in total enjoying more space in a 4 bed house.

We have broadband, virgin HD TV, and a large 60" HDTV with surround sound in the lounge..

There is a large kitchen and utility room featuring the normal stuff inc. washing machine and tumble drier.

The house is non-smoking inside, but there is a balcony in the lounge that a smoker could use with the door shut :)

About us... We are 30 y/o male and 27 y/o female, both professionals. Pretty average/normal people, looking to live with a similar person so everyone gets on. We like to generally relax during the week and sometimes the weekend too if it has been a long week! but then we are very capable of getting a bit more lively at the weekend when called for! We do enjoy the odd glass/bottle of wine during the week as well and go out to the pub occasionally.

I tend to go up to London regularly with work, so this creates more space in what is already a pretty large house.

rent is £450 with all bills included.
