Luxury by the sea in family home, Mon-Fri

Hi,

We are looking for a Mon-Fri lodger to share our large 5-bed Edwardian house in Southsea. The occasional weekend use is fine, subject to prior arrangement. Full time short or fixed term lets also considered. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

The room has a king sized bed with a pocket-sprung mattress, built in wardrobe and feature fireplace. There is an oak desk and TV. Bedding can be provided. There is wifi throughout. You will have exclusive use of your own WC and almost sole use of the main bathroom. The house has a large kitchen/diner as well as a large lounge and separate dining room. A cleaner comes once a week. It is located close to Canoe Lake/sea front and just a 10 min walk to Albert Road or Palmerston Road.

We are a hard working professional family with well behaved children. We enjoy entertaining and generally being active and outdoors.

We are looking for a considerate professional, ideally female or good with children.

The room is available from April.
