Double room Monday to Friday

I have a room to rent in my two bedroom terraced house. The room is a double with wardrobe, double bed, desk and chair, bedside cabinets, shelves in alcove, it is neutral in decor and has white shutters on windows. The rest of property comprises of second double bedroom, dining room, living room, bathroom with over the bath rainforest shower and kitchen with all white goods including dishwasher. Back garden is chipped with patio area, drying area and shed. The house is well maintained, tidy and recently refurbished, it is double glazed throughout with GCH, I also have sky TV and wifi broadband. About me, I'm a 37 year old professional female, non smoker, work quite long hours and generally busy in evenings. I have a cat so a like of animals is a must.
