Please excuse the untidy rooms in the pictures. The tenants were in the process of moving out!

I have a furnished flat on Lennox Road South. There is currently one person living there & will be for the next year. Hi name is Toby, 23, sous chef. He comes from littlehampton & rents the room due to work. Hes not in that much due to work & in his free time going back to littlehampton

There is a very large double room with a basin. Its big enough to fit a sofa in. £495pcm including bills

Also a small but long double room £360pcm including bills

Toby is currently in the standard size double room which is £425pcm (including bills). He may look to change rooms if you wanted his.

Apart from that the lounge is large with a fireplace. The bathroom & kitchen are fairly modern.
