House share; New refurbished bathroom!!

Hi,

We have a double room available in our 3 bedroom female only house share.

The female house mate we are looking for is:
- Clean
- Trustworthy
- Reliable
- Non smoker
- Sociable (for an occasional pub visits etc)
- Preferably aged between 18 - 30 yrs old.
- Solvent (fully employed; no students & not on benefits)

There is a shared lounge (inc. large flat panel telly with freeview), kitchen and bathroom. There is a south facing/sunny garden with decked area. There is also on street parking.

The room is furnished (but can be removed if you would prefer to bring your own stuff.)

The rent is £375 a month including Council Tax, Water rates & Broadband.
The gas and electricity are on key meters and shared by the housemates.

The house is close to (10 mins walk) Albert Road, train station & supermarket.
