Double room in lovely 2 bed house

This is a large double room in a terraced house in Southsea. The house has one other person residing there, who is a professional female, quiet and very friendly.
The room is a large double at the front of the house and is furnished with real hardwood furniture (king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables). The rest of the property is also furnished.
The house has 2 small reception rooms that both have sofas and room for a TV so you can have your own living room, giving privacy and more room than just the bedroom.
There is a shared Kitchen, very large bathroom with separate shower and a paved garden.

I am looking for someone who will fit in with the current lodger and will respect the house and neighbours and basically treat the house like they would their own.

I am the owner and have lived in the house before renting, doing it up, so I think it has the feel of a home rather than just a shared/rented house.

All bills are included in the rent which includes broadband and virgin TV.
