The apartment is located in Southsea above a pub called 'The Eastfield Hotel'.

The second room is the larger of the two. Also featuring 2 large windows and an ornate fireplace. Furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, chest of draws, two bedside tables, and a TV stand (with TV, though own freeview etc would be required - TV license covered by bills)

The good bits about the apartment:

+ Nice area - 15 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to Fratton Train station (Asda etc), 5 minute walk to local shop/tesco express/spar. 5 minute walk to Milton Park, less than 1 minute to the pub.

+ 12 month contract with a 1 month notice period for both parties

Things to consider:

- As mentioned the apartment is above a pub, please be aware the pub will be open every day until anywhere between 10. 30pm and 12pm, and opens daily at 10am.

- Smokers will be considered but the apartment is non-smoking, no exceptions
