Desperate For A Flat Mate Quick!!

Basically, my name is Michaela and I am moving into a new flat with my friend Abbie who already lives there. There is another room going as the friends already there they are going travelling so 2 rooms have come free. We are looking for a housemate as we dont want to loose the flat as it is REALLY REALLY REALLY nice. I have recently broken up with my partner and looking for a fresh start with my friends enjoying life. We are looking for flatmate who is outgoing and up for anything. It is a professional flat so no students please. The flat has stairs leading to 2 rooms, which im sorry are already taken. All the rooms are double bedded with furniture. You dont need to bring anything. The living room is fully kitted too. There is only one bathroom but it is big, with a bath and seperate shower. So we can enjoy the bathroom 2 at a time. lol Orginally there were all girls living there but we dont mind having a mixed gender house. Probably make it more fun. The rooms are cheap. With utilities probably only spending max £400 a month. Great for saving. Me and Abbie are up for lots of fun and looking forward to meeting our new flat and starting our new lives. You can have bikes there as I will be leaving mine but it will be downstairs as you walk in where all the rest of the bikes are. We are the 3rd story up in the accommodation. So lots of stairs. Well worth the climb as the flat is amazing. It is in a modern and beautiful condition.
