Clean double room southsea

Hi guys

I have two rooms available for the 1st of October.

The rooms are both clean light and will be freshly decorated. The house is very modern and tidy though out.

I'm ideally looking for a professional, that's fun friendly clean and tidy. Both rooms are large enough to take walldrobe and double bed. The chosen house mate will have full use of the house and free to treat like there own (within reason)

We have sky TV and wifi free to use and there's also a fitted disc washer in the kitchen so no washing up :)
