Double room for rent in family home bills included

One large double bedroom for rent in a family home, we are close to the seafront, Albert road, Palmerston road and Canoe lake. Local shops, bus and train services within short walking distance. Bills are included in the weekly rent, but food and toiletries are not. We are a laid back friendly family of three - two adults, an eleven year old and one gentle cat.
