Were currently looking for a new housemate to fill a good sized room (large single/small double) with a dressing room or private study included. House is really very nice with a large shared living room, Kitchen/Diner and 2 conservatories. House is part furnished, but the only things you would need is a chest of draws and a bed (cheap furniture stores in portsmouth should be able to sell you these for well under £140).

We are 2 tidy, professional postgraduate architecture students looking for someone to move in preferably until at least July.
