It's a decent sized single bed room situated upstairs with a wardrobe, desk, chair, mirror, a painting and shelves.
The housemates are all down to earth as well as friendly, the house is near the university bus stop and is only a thirty minute walk to Guildhall.
There's a co-op literally around the corner, and the house is near to a LIDL and ASDA.
I have enjoyed the house as it's homely with a chilled atmosphere, however I've decided I want to move to a University that's closer to my hometown.
The rent is £320 a month including water. Utilities (gas, electric and broadband) come to an extra £27 a month.
Though it's currently all students living at the house, professionals are welcome, however there's an added fee of approximately £20 a week for council tax.
