Large double room

I have Sky TV in the lounge and unlimited broadband, dining room, kitchen, shared bathroom and enclosed garden. There is a gas oven/hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

I have a knee high parsons jack Russell, Gizmo. He adores everyone and is happy keeping your feet warm. Happy to consider if you also a dog to move in with us. As long as the dogs get on that is.

The room has a wardrobe space, chest of drawers and a double bed which can be changed to a single bed if you would like.

Open to smokers moving in but must always smoke outside in the garden or out front.

I'm pretty laid back so would like someone similar and who cleans up after themselves.
