5 x 4 m large dbl in happy home - lots of space...

Central Southsea location with enough people and space to be entertained or quiet as required...Wi-Fi throughout, large bedroom, kitchen-diner, dining room, living room and garden (5 beds in total and four bathrooms). Fifteen minutes walking to the Seafront or Train Stations - less than five to Albert Road. It is possible to obtain a parking permit if required.
I have two sons; 14 and 17 - who are good fun and very sociable and a labrodor who is very old and quiet; I think that I may be a combination of the two!
We are all very relaxed and enjoy having people stay with us - we have recently hosted foreign students - but would like a more semi-permanent atmosphere.
There aren't any resitrictions other than refraining from doing anything illegal in the house and I'm not a fan of surprises - so if you like to dance at four in the morning, please be upfront about it!!!
