Looking for a new house mate to join us. We are currently two females, one works in a nursery and the other a student nurse. Generally both like to socialize, but also retreat to rooms sometimes. Would preferably like a male to balance it out or a mature female.
Rent is £400 per month and this includes free WiFi, cable TV in living area, all bills and amenities. The room is a downstairs room and has a new double bed. The house is quite cosy and in a great location on the main bus route and a 10 minute walk to the beach or Albert Rd for bars & cafes.
