The house is situated in the popular location of Methuen Road, Southsea.

Extended open plan living area, which incorporates modern fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and dining area. The house has Gas central heating, is double glazed and has a enclosed rear garden and upstairs bathroom.

Parking is available, with no parking permits.

The property is beautifully presented. I am a live in landlord (24, female, working professional). The room is offered furnished with single bed, bedside table and chest of drawers. All the bills are included except the phone, including 50Mb Broadband/Wi-fi access in all rooms.

You must be a professional working full time and clean and tidy, considerate but sociable. I am also looking for get a dog in the next few months. Ideally I would like someone who is willing to help out but I am not willing to allow other pets.
