3 Student Rooms To Let Immediately!!

Due to personal circumstances, we have three rooms in a five room house available for let immediately until august/september. The house is just next to the Fratton bus stop and is within walking distance to Lidl and Asda. All rooms are furnished, double bed rooms. We have an extra toilet next to the bathroom and a decent sized garden. Both of the remaining housemates are male, smokers and one is vegetarian. They have no preference as to gender, orientation, eating habits, smoking etc. Rent is £75 a week with £325 deposit. Bills are not included and there is WiFi. there is normally a free space for on street parking near the house.
