The bedroom is in a newly refurbished flat which spans two floors and has a large open plan kitchen-lounge, 2 balconies (one with a BBQ) and a study room. The kitchen is fully equipped and all the furniture is new and modern. The flat is very warm with double glazing windows and skylight windows throughout.

It is in the lovely Southsea area of Portsmouth, 3 minutes walk from the sea and right next to all amenities, banks, shops and supermarkets and lovely restaurants and cafes. Bus stops for buses to the whole city and car park right next.

You will be living with a 33 year old Greek UoP lecturer. I am a very friendly person who likes sports, movies, music and cooking. I would welcome a person between 25-50, sociable, responsible and respectful of privacy. A reference from a previous landlord or an employer letter would be required.
