The room is furnished and nicely decorated. There is cable TV in the room, and also in the living room. The house is double-glazed with central heating and wi-fi.
The house is in a good location for shops, buses and trains.
There is a residents parking scheme, between the hours of 1600 and 1800, although there is limited parking without permits opposite the house.
The "house rules" are relaxed, but I would expect you to be very clean and tidy.

Rent is £500pcm, payable in advance, and includes all bills except the landline, and you will only pay for that if you use it. Deposit is £200.
