I have a studio annex with separate toilet/shower room included.
It comes furnished with own washing machine, fridge and oven. There is a separate entrance from the rest of the property. This entrance and the garden is shared with a live in family. This property would ideally suit a single Monday to Friday professional preferring their own privacy but may suit others wanting their own space. There will also be a cat in close proximity. It's close to all amenities including fratton train station. I can start viewings from mid march but will accept appointments to view by email.
