Double room £303pm all bills included

Hi, we are two quiet, clean girls in our 20s going into our final year of Uni. We have a double room spare from September next year in a flat which costs £303 a month and includes electricity, heating, internet, water etc. We'd preferably like someone quiet and relaxed to fit in with the chilled atmosphere. It's in a very pretty area of Southsea, about a 40 min walk from Portsmouth Uni, or 20 from the uni bus stop, and a couple of minutes to Canoe Lake and the seafront!
