Double Room Near the Beach

Hello, my name is Amy. I am a friendly professional and owner of the flat (I'm fairly chilled, enjoy a drink, good food, trash tv (and some good 😁) I do smoke sometimes (by the lounge window) which I know can be a put off (so you need to be ok with that) but there is the intent to quit 😳) I work in London and sometimes away. The flat is in an excellent location 2 mins from the seafront/canoe lake, 10 min walk to Albert Road and 15 mins walk to Fratton station. Street parking available. I'm looking for a friendly/sociable, clean, relaxed, and honest professional (male or female) to share the flat with.
