The landlord pays the council tax.
High-speed broadband is shared between the tenants.
The centrally heated house is a few seconds from a great parade of shops and a four-minute walk from Fratton train station.
All deposits are protected in an approved government scheme, so you will never have to worry about your money being taken unfairly at the end of the tenancy.
There is a brand new combi boiler and a Homecare policy that takes care of any problems with the heating, hot water, drains, plumbing, electrics, roof etc to deal with any problems swiftly, should they arise.
A cleaner comes every fortnight to loo after the communal areas.
Viewings are carried out by one of the tenants so you can get their unbiased view about what it's like to live in the house and have me as a landlord (NB I don't live there!)
