Good size double room in Southsea PO4

Hi! I have a good size double room becoming available 30th March. We are looking for single professional in full time employment to join the household.

The house is based in a highly desirable location in Southsea due to the fact that we are within walking distance to all local shops: Lidl 1min, Tesco 8min Asda 10min. Fratton station 5min walk. Also great for car commuters to avoid city in peak hours. Parking is available. On street permit 4pm- 6pm only. Also no permit street next to the house if no space available. The area is nice and quiet but also close to everything.

All areas of the house have been refurbished to high standard. Our home is always warm. Heating is running 24/7. We have a bathroom upstairs fitted two years ago and toilet with large sink and mirrors downstairs.

All rooms have new carpets, comfortable beds and furniture.
All our windows are new. Kitchen is clean equipped with ALL necessary equipment. We have high end appliances such as large fridge, washer and dishwasher. Weekly cleaner is taking care of communal areas. This is a quiet, clean and cosy household without excessive traffic and tenant rotation. This is an exceptionally well maintained household with no expenses spared offering reasonable and not exaggerated monthly rent for the right tenant:) There is only 3 of us here and all professionals. We are looking for someone who appreciate a place to call home and respects others privacy :) Most of us are usually busy but we are also friendly and approachable.
