It has 2 upstairs bedrooms, 1 downstairs, a sitting room, kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet and a sunny patio garden.

Rent is £435.50 per person including all bills.

Fortnightly cleaning service is provided for shared areas.

We are looking for a young professional who has been to university and will fit in with other house sharers.
