Furnished Double Room in Spacious House

Room with a sea view in a recently renovated spacious home. We are for looking Monday to Friday lets only.

We offer shared use of a large kitchen/dining room, television room and of a large bathroom. The majority of time you will have sole use of the television room and bathroom, unless we have family staying. The bedroom includes a double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. All bills are included and broadband is available.
Our house is shared with one well behaved, medium sized dog.

The house is located one road away from the sea front and a short distance from Canoe Lake. On street parking is available and no permits are required.
