Southsea Canoe Lake & Seafront

I have a lovely double room to rent in my large 5 bedroom Victorian house. Location is just by Canoe Lake, Southsea seafront and 5 mins from Albert Road. The area is very quiet, good street parking, close to various bus stops and about a 20min walk to Fratton station.

The room is on its own floor with a shower room shared with 1 room only. There is a freeview tv point and wireless broadband. Usual amenities like washing machine; dishwasher; microwave; etc. available. A cleaner is usually employed for common parts which I pay for. All other bills are included in rent - there is no house phone.

This is my own home, but I work in Dublin most of the time. There are two other housemates at the moment - one who looks after the place for me.
