My home is a lovely 2 bedroom house which is situated in a quiet cul de sac, parking is available in the road without a permit. There is a newsagents, fish and chip shop and a pub just around the corner. I am close to main bus routes and a 20 minute walk to Fratton train station. I'm very chilled out and am used to sharing from my days as a redcoat and years at sea. I'm looking for a tidy, friendly person to share my home with. The room has been recently decorated and has a lovely dreams bed. There is the added bonus in the room of an alcove which can either be used as a study or dressing room. Tv in room for freeview channels.
This is a gem of a room and house which is definitely worth a view!
My current lodger has been with me just over a year and is moving out due to her buying her own place.
