A first floor bedroom is available in a house rented to employed tenants.
The house has a large living room with a flat screen TV (NB pic shows old TV), Virgin Media TV package, modern kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, second toilet and patio garden.
It is a very short walk to a train station and a few seconds from a decent parade of shops.
Council tax, water rates and TV licence are included in the rent. Tenants share the cost of gas, electricity, broadband and a cleaner who comes for two hours every fortnight.
Heating, hot water, plumbing, roof, electrics etc are all protected under an emergency breakdown contract that I pay for, so problems are sorted out with the minimum of fuss.
Deposits are protected under a government-approved scheme, so you never have to worry about your money being taken from you unjustly.
The house has central heating and fire safety features including fire doors and extinguishers.
