We are a couple, 28 and 32 and work full time, with myself now working from home.
Quiet, tidy, with a relaxed outlook /vibe. Into baking, festivals, netflix, movies and music.
We do smoke occasionally, but outside on the balcony only, and would ask any potential flatmates to do so as well if they smoke.

Looking for anyone who pulls their weight with cleaning and is reasonably quiet. We're up for a tea and chat, but mostly do our own thing!

- Pre - furnished - additional furniture is welcome, but there's sofas, kitchen equipment, nespresso machine, TV, ect already here
- The offered room is furnished with a bed, mattress, shelves, mirror and some drawers
- Additional storage. The offered room is downstairs (We're upstairs) and the occupant also gets the cupboard under the stairs for a little extra storage room. (Not suitable for orphan wizards)
- Flat is very spacious. For 3 people, the flat itself is pretty massive with a huge lounge
- Balcony - South facing, and a good place to catch some sun! (and dry clothes)
- Noise - Unfortunately being in a great location, having loads of room and being cheap(ish) comes with a downside - There is a pub (Fifth Hants) just to the side of the flat. On weekends this can mean noise from their music in the evenings. Nothing crazy, and doesn't go on too late, but we feel it should be mentioned. (although of course its currently quiet!)
