Muslim professionals Lookinig for a female tenant

This is a five bedroom house in heart of Southsea, near the beach and Palmerston road shopping centre. Portsmouth university is within walking distance. We are a professional Muslim couple. We are looking for a like-minded female tenant. Someone who doesn't smoke or drink alcohol. The room is at the back of the house on first floor and is away from the rooms we use on second and third floor.
This house benefits from three separate toilets, one of which is use by the tenant.
