A young professional would be ideal. Clean and tidy.

Current housemate - young professional (Engineer) working in Portsmouth full time. I consider myself tidy and respectful. I’m also often away at the weekends. Flat is very modern and cosy, and I would honestly say at £490 per month this is a very good price.

Great Location - 10 minute walk to Gunwharf, 10 minutes walk to Southsea train station.

Parking - you can get a permit to park right outside of the house for £30 a year.
