Comfortable double in quiet, friendly house share

Hello, I have a double room available in a large house 5 minutes walk from the beach/sea and close to bus stops serving the city centre, gun wharf and station. I am a 43yr old full time working professional live in landlady, currently sharing with one other 39yr old Lodger. We mostly work remotely at home although I will be away for work and leisure for periods of time.

I’m looking for a working professional or mature student who is friendly, shares some interests and enjoys quiet space. I’m pretty easy going and like to keep the place clean and tidy.
The room is available from 23rd November for a 3-6 month let and then all being well a rolling contract can be agreed thereafter. Should the right person come along I could be flexible on availability date.

The house has a large shared open plan lounge/dining room with quality furnishings. A large shared downstairs bathroom and a smaller kitchen which leads into a garden. There are three bedroom upstairs and this room is a large double in the middle of the house. The bedroom is cleanly decorated with new carpet, quality furnishings and a comfy orthopaedic mattress. There is also a tall boy drawers too not pictured.

All bills are included and this includes Virgin Broadband and Sky TV. If you have a car PCC have recently introduced permit parking and this is £10 a month.
