Comfortable double in quiet friendly house

Hello, I have a double room available in a large house 5 minutes walk from the beach/sea and close to bus stops serving the city and station. I am a 42yr old full time working professional live in landlady. I mostly work remotely at home although can be away for work and leisure for periods of time.

I’m looking for a working professional who is friendly, shares some interests, enjoys quiet space and doesn’t mind having the house to themselves every now and then. I’m pretty easy going and like to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy.
The room is available from 1st September for a 3-6 month let and then all being well a rolling contract can be agreed thereafter. Should the right person come along I could be flexible on availability date.

The house has a large shared open plan lounge/dining room. A large shared downstairs bathroom and a smaller kitchen which leads into a garden. There are three bedroom upstairs and I am looking to rent only the rear bedroom which overlooks the garden. The bedroom is newly decorated with a black out blind, quality furnishings and a comfy orthopaedic mattress. I can be flexible on what furniture is required in the room depending on your needs.

All bills are included and this includes Virgin Broadband and Sky TV. If you have a car PCC have recently introduced permit parking and this is £10 a month.
