All communal areas are cleaned once a week by Pro Pods approved housekeeping company.

An additional service can be provided to tenants which can include a change of bed linen and towels, room hoovered and ensuite cleaned (additional costs apply).

You can take advantage of our optional linen package which is £99 and have your bed made up on arrival!

Council Tax is payable by the tenant as an additional cost per month, this is payable directly to Portsmouth City Council who will bill you direct.
