Our ground floor Room 2 has recently become available after our previous long term tenant moved on after 4.5 years.
This is a lovely cosy room, with a high quality double mattress, which makes it so easy to unwind after a hectic day at work. (Our last tenant was a shift worker and usually slept from 11am to 6pm every working day.)
The room also has fast broadband, a desk & chair, a wardrobe with drawers., and extra open storage shelves in the corner.
Our past professional tenants have enjoyed living in this lovely house. And why not? .... The rooms are well sized, airy and clean and range up to 12.6 sq m including the individual ensuites. Tenant numbers are limited to 5 roommates too.
Because we trust our housemates, we also offer a Discounted Security Deposit of £300.
The rent includes all bills (Council Tax, Gas, Power, Water, and FAST Wi-fi), so there are no additional regular running costs.

The hallways, ground floor toilet, kitchen and living areas, are cleaned regularly, and maintenance issues are dealt with promptly by the Landlord who lives less than a mile away.
The fully fitted large kitchen has plenty of storage with a large work area (island workspace and induction hobs); all tenants have been very pleased with the kitchen space.
The open-plan living space includes the kitchen/dine area, adjoining the lounge with large screen TV (Freeview, but has HDMI so online movie or sports can be accessed via your electronic device).
Rear double glass doors open onto the enclosed and secure yard - perfect for relaxing outside.
There is also dedicated secure bike storage.
Buses (5 min walk Nos 1, 2, 13, 15, 17) can take you anywhere in the city within minutes. The train (20 min walk) is readily available for commuters to travel out of town. The nearest Tesco Extra (15 min walk) has everything to stock up on your kitchen needs; and there is a cornerstore across the road.
On street parking is usually available within short distance of the front door.
For those who like to exercise, Langstone Harbour and the nearest Southsea beaches are a 20m walk.
