A large furnished double bedroom with a ensuite shower room. The room is within a family house with off road parking and a large garden. The area is quiet and own transport is recommended. Separate garage can be used to store bikes.

There is a television within the room and access to the WIFI. Bills are included. Shared kitchen, with washing machine and dishwasher Access to tumble dryer is available. Open plan dining room available for use.

We are a quiet house as we generally work shifts but are happy to chat when we meet within the kitchen or dining room. There is a dog within the house but will generally leave you alone and is well behaved. Due to the dog within the house already it may be difficult to accommodate more pets but can be considered

We would like someone who is friendly but independent. We have no preference for age There is a live-in landlord
