Large comfortable en suite room available overlooking pretty garden in a recently built cottage in a quiet residential area. Easy access to Bournemouth/Airport, Southampton and Poole(via A31/M27) Broadband and TV connections. Safe parking in enclosed driveway.
I have 2 cats (and as they rule ok, a cat/animal lover is essential!)
I would prefer a Monday to Friday (or 5 day) let but would consider a short term 7 day a week stay. I have cooked for my previous lodgers (who recommend!)in return for a contribution towards ingredients.
There's a comfortable lounge with Sky TV and it's a warm, friendly household where you are made welcome.
Previous lodgers have been a young Air traffic controller, a young Spanish Vet and an electrical engineer and a draughtsman - ages ranged from 23 - 48 and all were happy here.
