The house is set in grounds of a boarding kennels and cattery, so there may occasionally be some slight noise from the kennels during the day!

I would say an animal lover of both cats and dogs is a must, as in addition to sharing with 2 people, the place is home to an adorable dog & a lovely kitty cat!

Due to the rural secluded location the room is best suited to someone with their own car.

The room benefits from its own private en-suite shower room, and is also next door to a large shared family bathroom which is a lovely space for a candle lit bubble bath! This bathroom is used occasionally by the other 2 housemates.

The beautiful garden is filled with bird song and benefits from a large pond also teeming with life. There is a comfy corner sofa set & table & fire burner for summer evenings to be spent enjoying the outdoors!
To the side of the house there is a forest backing on to a nature reserve which public can access to walk!

The bedroom itself benefits from two large storage eaves including a built in wardrobe + eaves storage and another eaves cupboard with plenty of space for lots of storage which is about the same size as the room just sloped!

The room is furnished with a super comfy (like a cloud) king size bed & chest of drawers, two bedside tables & dressing table overlooking with a beautiful view of the garden. A Tv on a tilt & move bracket is also included.

The stunning living room has two seating areas, and a log burner that crackles away merrily in colder months and has such a cosy vibe no matter the season! + A large Tv connected to WiFi!

The large kitchen diner offers ample space and there is a separate utility room with a washing machine & separate dryer.

Our ideal housemate should be an animal loving friendly, tidy, respectful individual.
