Self Contained accommodation for rent. 600sq ft large flexible living dining / sleeping area with added kitchenette and private shower room/toilet. Fully furnished with broadband, TV, bedding, kitchen equipment etc. All furnishings & fittings are brand new.

However there is no washing machine etc, but we can arrange a weekly laundry/ house keeping service.

The property has its own private access.

Our preference would be for a single person lodger on a reasonably short term arrangement ( two - six month let).
Perhaps also most suitable for a Mon- Friday arrangement.

We are situated in St Leonards ( near Ringwood,) with easy access to the A31. Car parking at the property is not available but there is unlimited on road parking available.

Extremely quiet neighbourhood, a short distance from the New Forest and Moors Valley park. Ideal for an active person who runs / cycles.

Heating and lighting are included in the rental price on a fair use basis. Hot water and central heating are provided.
