Sunny Room in Steep near Petersfield

Sunny double room with nice views, basin, desk and cupboard space available to let. Our house is a friendly family house in a very pretty area within walking and cycling distance of Petersfield and some good pubs. Lodger would have access to shower room, kitchen, washing machine. Telly option in bedroom. Wireless broadband available. Secure storage space for bike available. Parking on lane. Lots of fantastic walking from the house but easy access to the A3. The house has a lovely garden and we have chickens (no noisy cockerels!) and a cat. Parking nearby on lane.

Prefer lodgers who are happy to be cooked for by us. We eat fresh healthy food and are happy with a realistic contribution for an evening meal.

NB Scope for lodger to stay less than one month but weekly rate would be increased.
