In Steep, a mile outside Petersfield, this is a lovely, peaceful newly-built (2016), self-contained, two storey annexe with its' own entrance and underfloor heating. The village is in the South Downs National Park and the annexe adjoins a family home.

The 2nd storey double bedroom has lovely west-facing views across the wooded hills and the living room has french doors leading onto the patio, a two seater sofa, desk, chairs, bookshelves and tv. The bathroom is sunny, with moorish floor tiles and a large walk-in shower. The annexe has its own kitchenette with combi-microwave/small oven, domino hob, cupboards, kettle, toaster etc & shared use of washing machine & drier. (The washing machine and drier is also used by the family)

There is a nicely planted up paved patio to the front of the house for your use, with table and chairs in the summer. Parking is in the driveway.

The house is less than 5 mins drive from the A3 and Petersfield. London (Waterloo) is 1hr by train from Petersfield.

Steep is in the heart of the South Downs, has great local pubs and incredible cycling and walking all around.

This is a friendly home with a wire haired dachshund.

You will need to do your own cleaning and keep the flat well looked after.

One month's notice is required on both sides and we ask that you stay for a minimum of 3 months.

The annexe is only suitable for one person.
