Beautiful 1 Bed Cottage

Perfect location for anyone working short or long term within a 20 mile radius of Andover. Also NHS staff working in Basingstoke, Salisbury, Winchester or Andover hospitals.

We have a newly renovated, fully furnished one bed standalone cottage with kitchen, bathroom, open plan living room, and shower room with underfloor heating. All plates, knives and forks, glasses etc. Good wifi and TV connection.

It is a quiet spot off the beaten track with parking behind electric gates, a self contained balcony with lovely views over our river and surrounding countryside.

We are 10 minutes from ANDOVER, 25 minutes from Basingstoke, Salisbury, Winchester and 30 minutes from Marlborough and Hungerford. There are several nice pubs in the surrounding villages.

My husband and I live here with our nanny and two young children and ideally we would like someone for a Monday to Friday let.

I charge £250 fixed rate for Monday - Friday morning. Weekends available on request. A couple are welcome but the cost of the room will increase by £50 per week.
