Newly Decorated Double Room

Hi I live in Stubbington, and a 2 min walk from the village, with easy access to gosport fareham and motorway, I work in a hospital in potrsmouth and have no trouble getting to and from work with traffic. I work 4 out of 5 days, and will be at home for weekends. I have broardband (£5 pm). I am looking for someone who is homely and easy going, you will have full use of the kitchen and bathroom which i keep very clean. I am preferably looking for a long term tenant for this room. and i also have a dog (border collie) who is very placid.
