The property is 1/2 mile from the beach (Hillhead/Lee on Solent) and 1/2 mile from Stubbington village which has supermarket, post office, bakery, bank, cafe's & takeaways.
Approx 3 miles to Fareham. Bus stop at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Small percentage to contribute to bills, ie gas, electric, etc. (negotible)

Gas central heating through-out and double glazed. Use of garden if it ever stops raining !

If you are looking for a Mon-Fri let then obviously the cost is negotiable.
